NowHiringSign is for real employers advertising real jobs. You may not use it to make signs that:

• contain hateful, harassing, sexual, violent or obscene content, slurs or profanity;
• discriminate or state a preference based on race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability or any other protected characteristic;
• advertise jobs that don't exist, collect fees from applicants, or are a pretext for scams, pyramid schemes or unlawful work;
• impersonate a business you don't represent, or use trademarks you have no right to;
• point a QR code at malware, phishing or anything other than a genuine application or contact page;
• advertise adult services or any product or service that is illegal where the sign is posted.

Every field you type is checked against a filter for offensive words before files are made, and signs with blocked wording can't be downloaded. You may also not attempt to break, overload or scrape the Service.

We may refuse, remove or disable signs and download links that break this policy, with a refund if you paid. To report a sign made with NowHiringSign, email support@nowhiringsign.com.
