Terms of Service

1. Who we are

NowHiringSign (nowhiringsign.com, “the Service”) is operated by PE Suleimanov N.R. (“we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use it.

2. What the Service does

NowHiringSign is design software for printable “Now hiring” and “Help wanted” signs. You fill in a form (or paste a job post you wrote, which we read into the form for you to check), choose a ready-made template, and download the sign as image and PDF files that you print yourself or through a print shop of your choice. We do not print, ship or sell physical signs, we do not host job listings, and we do not receive, store or screen job applications: a QR code on your sign points to a link you provide.

3. Free and paid downloads

The letter-size sign is free as a PNG with a small “Made at nowhiringsign.com” line. The paid pack costs $12 per sign, one time, and includes print-ready PDF files in every size we offer, English and Spanish versions, no credit line, and the right to edit the sign and download it again from your private download link. Prices exclude applicable sales tax or VAT, which is calculated at checkout.

4. Payment

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle's buyer terms also apply to your purchase.

5. Delivery

Files are available immediately on your download page, and we email you its link. The link is private to you: anyone you share it with can download and edit the sign. Keep the email; there is no account to sign in to.

6. Your content and your responsibility

You keep all rights to what you type. You confirm you have the right to use the business name and details you put on the sign, that the job is real and currently open, and that the sign is lawful where you post it (including any pay-transparency, anti-discrimination or local signage rules). We flag some common wording problems automatically; that is an aid, not legal advice.

The files you download are yours to print and display for your own hiring, as many copies as you like.

7. Acceptable use

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may refuse or remove signs that break it (with a refund if you paid).

8. Refunds

You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, for any reason. See the refund policy.

9. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change or discontinue features; signs you paid for stay downloadable from your link.

10. What we don't promise

We provide sign designs and files. We make no promise about how many people apply or whom you hire. The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits consumer rights that cannot be limited by law.

11. Intellectual property

The software, templates, layouts and branding of the Service belong to PE Suleimanov N.R.. Fonts are used under the SIL Open Font License.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; changes are posted on this page with a new date. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.
