Who is responsible

NowHiringSign is operated by PE Suleimanov N.R., the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: support@nowhiringsign.com.

What we collect

• What you put on the sign: the job, pay, business name, phone number and application link you type. While you edit, the sign is kept in your own browser; when you get the paid files, it is stored with your order so your download link works.
• A job post you paste (optional): sent once to be read into the form, not stored by us.
• Your email address, when you get the paid files: to send your download link and answer you.
• Payment records: Paddle tells us a purchase succeeded and its amount; we never see your card.
• Usage data: which pages and steps you use (product analytics) and standard server logs such as IP address, used for security and rate limiting. After checkout, analytics are linked to your email address so we can help you if something went wrong.

We do not collect job applications or any data about job seekers. A QR code on your sign opens your own link; we never see who scans it.

How we use it

To make and deliver your sign files, keep the Service secure, process payments and refunds, answer support requests, measure which of our own ads work, and improve the product. We don't sell your personal information and don't send marketing emails.

Service providers

• Cloudflare: hosting, database and email sending.
• Google (Gemini API): reads a job post you paste into the form fields (only when you use that option).
• PostHog: product analytics and error reports, sent through our own domain.
• Google Ads: measures which of our ads lead to signs and purchases (see Cookies).
• Paddle.com: our Merchant of Record; processes payments, taxes and refunds under its own privacy policy.

These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States, under their own data-protection terms.

Cookies and storage

Your unfinished sign is saved in your browser's local storage so it survives a reload. One cookie (nhs_src, kept 90 days) remembers how you first found us (campaign tags or the referring site) so we know which of our marketing works; it stays with us. Our analytics provider stores an anonymous identifier to count usage.

When you arrive from one of our Google ads, Google's tag may set cookies so Google Ads can tell us which ads led to someone starting a sign or buying one. We send Google only that this happened (and, for purchases, the amount and a transaction reference), never your email or your sign.

Your privacy choices

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we don't load Google's tag. You can opt out of ad measurement by emailing us. We don't sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

Orders are kept so your download link keeps working. Ask us to delete your order and we delete it and your email within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax or accounting.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it, by emailing support@nowhiringsign.com from the address you used. US residents (including California and other states with privacy laws) have these rights and we won't treat you differently for using them. In the EU or UK you may also complain to your data-protection authority.

Children

NowHiringSign is a business tool and isn't directed at anyone under 16.

Changes

We post any changes to this policy on this page with a new date.
