If you're not happy with a sign you bought, for any reason, ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase and we refund it in full.

Something wrong with a file?

If a file doesn't open or doesn't match your preview, tell us and we fix it, or refund you if you'd rather. You choose.

Billing errors

If you were charged twice or in error, tell us at any time and we refund the incorrect charge, even after 14 days.

How to ask

Email support@nowhiringsign.com (or reply to the email with your download link) from the address you used. We reply within 2 business days.

How refunds are paid

Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, so refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days. We may switch off a refunded sign's download link.
