Several openings on one poster
Choose “Several roles” and add up to five jobs. Each gets its own line with its own pay, so a server sees $12 + tips and a cook sees $18–21 without reading the whole poster.
Hiring for anything? “General” prints “All positions” with one optional starting pay.
Up to five jobs, each with its own pay
Where a help wanted poster works
Posters do best where people stand still for a minute:
- Your own window, door and counter.
- The break room, for referrals from the staff you already have.
- Community boards at grocery stores, laundromats, libraries and colleges. Ask before you pin it up.
Keep it current
A sign that's been up for months makes people wonder whether the job is still open. The poster prints a “Still hiring as of” date; when the pay or the openings change, edit the sign and print it again.
With the $12 pack your download link lets you edit and re-download as often as you need, at no extra cost.

Questions
How many jobs fit on one poster?
Up to five, each with its own pay. For more than that, a general “All positions” poster with a starting pay usually reads better.
What size is a help wanted poster?
11 × 17 inches (tabloid) for the poster, and the same sign at letter size (8.5 × 11). The $12 pack also includes a window square, a yard sign and two banner sizes.
Can I print it in Spanish?
Yes. Switch the language and the headline prints “Se solicita personal”. The $12 pack includes both the English and the Spanish version of every size.
Do you print and mail the posters?
No. You download the files and print them yourself or at a copy shop. That's why it can be on the wall today.
