Now hiring poster
A Now Hiring poster for your window, ready for the copy shop.
A now hiring poster at 11 × 17 inches is big enough to read from the sidewalk and small enough for a window or a bulletin board. Type the job and the pay, pick a look, and take the PDF to any copy shop.

Seven looks, any color. These are the 11 × 17 versions; the same sign also comes out at letter size.
Letter or 11 × 17?
A letter page (8.5 × 11) is fine on a door at eye level. In a window, or anywhere people see it from a few steps away, the 11 × 17 poster is about twice the area and much easier to read.
Make the sign once and you get both. The layout is redrawn for each size, so nothing is stretched or cut off.

Printing an 11 × 17 poster
11 × 17 (also called tabloid or ledger) is a standard size at any copy shop, and many office printers take it too.
- Download the poster PDF and email it to the shop or bring it on your phone or a USB stick.
- Ask for 11 × 17, color, on regular or heavier paper. Most copy shops print it while you wait.
- Laminating or a plastic sleeve helps if it goes on an outside door.
What reads from across the room
A poster gets a second or two of attention. The maker keeps the order people read in:
- The headline and the job title, big.
- The pay, larger than anything else on the sign.
- Two or three short tags (“Part time”, “Weekly pay”), not a paragraph.
- How to apply at the bottom, where people look last.

Questions
Is the 11 × 17 poster included for free?
The free download is the letter-size PNG. The 11 × 17 poster PDF comes in the $12 pack with every other size, English and Spanish versions, and no credit line.
Can I print the poster on a regular printer?
Print the letter version: it's the same sign laid out for 8.5 × 11. Scaling the 11 × 17 file down also works, but the letter layout is drawn for that page.
Will it look sharp at poster size?
Yes. The PDF is vector, so the text and QR code stay crisp at any size.
Can I add tear-off tabs to the poster?
Yes. Tear-off tabs print along the bottom of the letter and 11 × 17 sizes, with your phone number or link on each tab.
