Now hiring banner examples
Banners are wide, so the layout puts the headline on the left and the pay and how to apply on the right.
Two banner sizes, ready for the print shop
The pack has a 2 × 4 ft banner (fits a fence or a storefront) and a 3 × 6 ft banner (for the side of a building or a long fence). Both PDFs include a 1/8 inch bleed on every side, which is what print shops ask for.
The files are vector, so the type and the QR code stay sharp at full size.

How to get the banner printed
We make the file; a print shop makes the banner. Any of these work:
- A local sign or print shop: email them the PDF.
- Online banner printers: upload the PDF at the matching size (2 × 4 or 3 × 6 ft).
- Ask for 13 oz vinyl with grommets for outdoor use, and hemmed edges if it will stay up for months.
What reads from the road
Drivers get a glance, not a read. On a banner, keep it to the headline, one job (or “All positions”), the pay and a phone number.
A QR code is hard to scan from a car. The banner still prints it for people walking by, but the phone number is what most drivers will remember.

Questions
Do you print and ship the banner?
No. You get print-ready PDFs and order the banner from any print shop, local or online. That keeps the price at $12 for every size, not per banner.
Is the banner file free?
The banner and yard sign files are in the $12 pack, together with the poster, window and letter sizes in English and Spanish. The free download is the letter-size PNG.
Do the banner files have bleed?
Yes, 1/8 inch on every side, and no crop marks. Tell the print shop the trim size: 2 × 4 ft or 3 × 6 ft.
Can I change the banner later?
Yes. The download link lets you edit the sign (the pay, a new job, the date) and download every size again, at no extra cost.
