Servers wanted sign template
A now hiring servers sign with the hourly wage “+ tips”, the shifts you need covered and how to apply at the host stand.
- No account
- English or Spanish
- Ready in about two minutes
Example pay and phone: you type your own.
What to put on a servers wanted sign
- Show the base wage with “+ tips”; it's more honest than an average-with-tips figure.
- Say which shifts: “Weekends”, “Brunch”, “Evenings”.
- “Ask for a manager” is the classic apply line for restaurants.
The same sign in every size
Banner, window square and yard sign: in the $12 pack with the poster and letter sizes.

Questions
Should I post the tipped wage or an average?
Post the base wage with “+ tips”. If you want to mention typical tips, a perk line like “Tips average $15+/hr” works, as long as it's true.
Can I add bartenders too?
Yes. Switch to “Several roles” and add bartenders, hosts or bussers, each with its own pay.
Is this template free?
Yes. Download it free at letter size as a PNG, with a small “Made at nowhiringsign.com” line. The $12 pack adds every other size, English and Spanish, without that line.
Can I change everything on it?
Yes: the job title, the pay, the tags, how to apply, the look and the color. The example pay is only there to show the layout.
